Notes: (1) The mitigation banking instrument (MBI) agreement was signed in December 2012. (2) According to the Louisiana Wetland Rapid Assessment Method that was included in the MBI, mitigation credits were generated for 212 acres of bottomland hardwood (BLH) restoration (159.5 acres re-establishment and 52.5 acres of rehabilitation), 31.1 acres of enhancement and 29.6 acres of BLH preservation. (3) This WVA analysis was conducted on the 212 acres of restoration, phase 1.
