THIS MITIGATION SATISFACTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the City of San Diego, a municipal corporation (“City”) and the County of San Diego, a municipal corporation (“County”), collectively, “the Parties,” with respect to County’s traffic mitigation requirements for the San Diego County Operations Center project (“COC Project”) This Agreement is entered into as of the last date that it is signed by the Parties, and approved by the City Attorney and County Counsel (“Effective Date”).
