THIS MOBILE AND ONLINE BANKING AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) between you and American Heritage National Bank governs your use of online banking services provided herein (“Heritage Online”). In addition to this Agreement and other Account agreements that have been separately provided to you, our Privacy Policy also applies to your Accounts. We suggest that you review these items in order to understand all of your relative rights and responsibilities in connection with your use of Heritage Online. This Agreement is subject to applicable laws, except to the extent this Agreement can and does vary such rules or laws.

The following information defines and explains the types of services that are currently available to members via Mobile and Online Banking (collectively, the “Services”). The terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement are applicable to all Services offered through Mobile and Online Banking. See specific service agreements for additional terms and conditions concerning the Services. You may access these Services by using your Mobile and Online Banking login credentials and a compatible access device. Some Services or full functionality of Services may not be available within UECU’s Mobile Banking App. Depending on accessibility and eligibility, you may use Mobile and Online Banking for the following Services:

The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall apply to and govern your electronic access and use of Mobile and Online Banking services currently offered or that may be offered in the future by Mission Federal Credit Union (“Mission Fed”). Mission Fed Mobile and Online Banking services may be referred to as “Digital Banking,” “Mobile Banking,” “Online Banking,” or “Services” in this Agreement.
