The U.S. Bank Prepaid Online and Mobile Financial Services Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all online banking services (“Online Services”) available on a computer through a traditional internet connection or on a mobile device through a mobile internet browser at www.usbankreliacard.com, or through our prepaid mobile banking application (U.S. Bank ReliaCard) available on Android or iPhone. Online Services include, but are not limited to, accessing prepaid account balance, prepaid account statements, transferring funds between eligible prepaid accounts
