The mobile hotspot can be used by all Fort Worth ISD students in your household and can provide wireless connectivity for multiple devices. By signing this form, the student and the student’s parent/guardian certify that they have carefully read, understand, and accept the terms and conditions of the Mobile Hotspot Agreement (full agreement follows), which will govern the student’s possession and use of the Mobile Hotspot issued to the student by the Greene County Tech School District. The student and the student’s parent/guardian also certify that they will comply with these terms at all times.

This device will be on loan for the duration of the school year and is subject to the agreement below. The mobile hotspot can be used by all Augusta USD 402 students in your household and can provide wireless connectivity for multiple devices. The student devices have a filter that is in compliance with CIPA that will prevent them from getting to adult content. Augusta USD 402 is pleased to offer this resource to qualifying students.
