This Mobilehome Park (MHP) Utility Upgrade Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between ( “MHP Owner/Operator”), a organized and existing under the laws of the state of , and the Utility, “San Diego Gas and Electric” (SDG&E or “Utility”), wherein SDG&E is a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of California. From time to time, MHP Owner/Operator and SDG&E shall be individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
