This Mobilehome Park Utility Upgrade Program Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between (“MHP Owner/Operator”), a organized and existing under the laws of the state of , and Pacific Power, a division of PacifiCorp (“Pacific Power” or “Company”), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the state of Oregon. MHP Owner/Operator and Pacific Power may be individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
