For projects with multiple suppliers you will also need to consider the additional guidance given in section 2 of the Key Commercial Principles document(Multi-Supplier Issues). Additionally, this Agreement contains guidance notes highlighting the issues that need to be considered and the assumptions that have been made in drafting clauses of the Agreement. The guidance notes contained in the Agreement are not part of the Agreement and should be removed before the Agreement is sent to any potential contractor or other interested party;
