These Terms become effective when you use the Money Transfer Service. You must know, understand and comply with these Terms, as they form a binding agreement between you and us. 1 DEFINITIONS We have defined some words for consistency. Singular words include the plural and the other way round. Unless the context clearly requires a contrary interpretation, the following terms used in this agreement shall have the following meanings Word Meaning Availability Period The three year period from the dateof Send Transfer. Identification A valid identity document or passport. Document Money The amount of money a Sender instructs us to send to a Receiver. Money Market Any counter where the Money Kiosk Transfer Service is provided. Money Transfer The service that enables Senders to Service transfer Money to Receivers. Release PIN The personal identification number associated with a particular Money Transfer that a Sender chooses and communicates to the Receiver in order for the Receiver to have
