This is a legal agreement (“License Agreement”) between the Licensee (as defined below) and Money Tree Software, Ltd., an Oregon corporation and an Accutech company (“Moneytree”), for the Moneytree software product licensed to Licensee by Moneytree, which includes but is not limited to any form of the software-as-a-service, computer software, associated media, printed materials, and “online” or electronic documentation for such product, and copies, modifications, enhancements, revisions or updates for such product (collectively, the “Software”). By accessing or using the Software, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement. If the Licensee does not agree to the terms of this License Agreement, Licensee may not access and/or use the Software. The Software is licensed, not sold.
