These Service Terms for Monitoring Services (the “Monitoring Terms”) are part of that certain Master Products and Services Agreement (including the General Terms contained therein and all Schedules A thereto, the “Agreement”) between Securadyne Systems Intermediate LLC, a Delaware limited liability company d/b/a Allied Universal Technology Services (“AUTS”), and Client (as defined in the Agreement).
