AGREEMENT made and entered into this 25th day of March, 2013, between the AGC of Michigan, hereinafter called the “Association,'' representing its members, hereinafter called the “Employer'' or “Employers,'' and the Michigan Laborers’ District Council and Local No. 499 of the Laborers' International Union of North America, AFL-CIO, hereinafter called the “Union.''
