This AGREEMENT is made and entered into this February 1, 2021 (“EFFECTIVE DATE”), between the Monterey Peninsula Community College District, hereinafter referred to as (“DISTRICT”), and Decca Design, hereinafter referred to as “CONSULTANT”. The DISTRICT and the CONSULTANT are sometimes referred to herein as a “PARTY” and collectively as the “PARTIES.” This AGREEMENT is made with reference to the following facts:
