This form is a legally binding document for the use and occupation of space described in Section I for residential use (hereinafter known as the “Monthly Rental Agreement”) under the following terms:

Minimum Termination Period Outside New York City (§ 232-b): 1-month notice. Within New York City (§ 226-c): 30 days if the tenant has been on the property for less than 1-year; 60 days if the tenant has been on the property one year or more; and 90 days if the tenant has been on the property for two (2) or more years.
