THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO MORTGAGE, DEED OF TRUST AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (this "Amendment") is made to be effective as of the 20th day of March, 2008, by Entergy Texas, Inc., a Texas corporation ("Mortgagor"), Mark G.
