THIS MOUNTAIN BIKE TRAIL PURCHASE AGREEMENT is made and entered into on the day of March, 2014 (“Effective Date”), by and between the Town of Fishers, Hamilton County, Indiana, an Indiana Municipal Corporation, (“Fishers”) and Progressive Trail Design, LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company (“PTD”).
