NATURE OF RELATIONSHIP8.1. The relationship between the Bank and the Principal and/or Participants shall be that of Independent contractor and the Bank shall not be a representative or agent of the Principal / Participants and shall not be liable for any acts or omissions of the Principal and/or Participants.9. WARRANTIES AND INDEMNITIES9.1. The Bank warrants that:9.1.1. It will perform the Services in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement;9.1.2. It has the requisite skills, expertise and resources to perform the Services;9.2.
