Subject to the payment by you to MSE of the applicable license fees, MSE grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the enclosed Product on a single CPU, or in the case that the Product is marketed for use in a local area network, on a single network for up to the number of users specified on the medium. You may not transfer the Product from one CPU to another or from one network to another except for installing the Product on a new CPU or network, provided that you first uninstall the Product from the CPU or network on which it is then installed, such that at any given time only one copy of the Product is installed on one CPU or on one network, as applicable. You may not electronically transfer, reverse engineer, disassemble, reverse translate or in any manner decode in order to derive any source code from the Product, except to the extent that any such activity is expressly permitted by law.
