These MSP support terms and conditions are incorporated by reference to the Entrust Datacard Terms of Service (IntelliTrust) between Entrust Datacard and the MSP (the “Agreement”), and shall hereinafter be referred to as the “MSP Support Terms and Conditions (IntelliTrust)”. Terms and conditions not otherwise defined in these MSP Support Terms and Conditions (IntelliTrust) shall have the meaning set out in the Agreement.
