Beneficiaries or Beneficiary means all the local authorities listed as parties to this Agreement being Neath Port Talbot County Borough Council, The City and the County of Swansea and Bridgend County Borough Council CAMHS means Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services Claim Deadline means the date to submit the Claim to the Lead Beneficiary. Claim Form means a summary of costs at the level of the sub-category of expenditure which is supported by a list of individual payments and receipts (transaction list), together with a progress report.
