The above Agreement shall be opened for signature by Landlocked Developing Countries at the United Nations Headquarters, from 1 November 2010 until 31 October 2011, in accordance with its article X, paragraph 10.1.

On 7 August 2017, the conditions for the entry into force of the above-mentioned Agreement were met. Accordingly, the Agreement shall enter into force on 6 October 2017, in accordance with its article 12, paragraph 1, which reads as follows:

.ENTRY INTO FORCE: 6 October 2017, in accordance with article 12(1) which reads as follows: "The present Agreement shall enter into force on the sixtieth day after the date of deposit of the tenth instrument of ratification, acceptance, approval or accession.".
