2023, by and between the Indian Valley Community Services District, a public agency organized and operating under the laws of the State of California, with its principal place of business at 127 Crescent Street, Suite #1, Greenville, CA 95947 (the “Client”), and Ridgeline Municipal Strategies, LLC, a California Limited Liability Company, with its principal place of business at 2213 Plaza Drive, Rocklin, CA 95765 (“Ridgeline”), sets forth the terms and conditions under which Ridgeline shall provide municipal advisory and consulting services to the Client.
