This Agreement is hereby entered into this 1st day of July 2016, by and between the CITY OF NORTHAMPTON (the “CITY”) and the TOWN OF AMHERST (the “TOWN”) to enable contractually the Municipal Hearing Officer of the CITY to perform the duties of such office for the TOWN.
