This Municipal Solid Waste, Recycling and Landscape Waste Agreement (the “Agreement”) is entered into on March 21, 2019 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the Village of Buffalo Grove, Illinois, a municipal corporation created under the laws of the State of Illinois (“Village”), and Waste Management of Illinois, Inc. (“Contractor”), a Delaware corporation.
