In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Musharakah Agreement, Ijarah Agreement, 3rd Party Assignment, Service Agency Agreement And Purchase Undertaking all dated 06th June 2011, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignors and in respect of the Sale And Purchase Agreement between Assignors and Perbadanan Kemajuan Negeri Selangor (“the Vendor”) dated 20th December 2010, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the undermentioned Auctioneer.
