This Mutual Agreement to Terminate the Use, Operation and Maintenance Agreement (the “Termination Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the 29th day of February, 2024 (the “Effective Date”), by and between the City of Vicksburg, Mississippi (“City”) and Sports Force Parks Vicksburg, LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“SFPV”). City and SFPV are sometimes referred to herein individually as the “Party” or collectively as the “Parties”.

In 2014, Interlocal Agreements for shared services were executed by and between Bartlett City Board of Education, Town of Arlington Board of Education, Collierville Schools Board of Education, City of Lakeland Board of Education, City of Germantown Board of Education and City of Millington Board of Education. Those Agreements are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as Attachments A-K. The parties to the Agreements, as expressed by the signatures affixed below, hereby provide notice of termination without cause and mutually agree that effective at 5:00 p.m., C.S.T. on June 30, 2017, the attached Interlocal Agreements will terminate.
