We are the national distributor for the Delaware Group of Funds with exclusive right to sell and distribute Fund shares. (The term "Funds" in this Agreement refers to each or any of the Funds that from time to time comprise the Delaware Group and for whom we act as distributor.) You have indicated that you wish to act as agent for your customers in connection with the purchase, sale and redemption of Fund shares and desire to provide certain services to your customers relating to their ownership of Fund shares, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
