This Agreement (the “Agreement”) made this day of , 20 , between [distribution system operator], a company duly organized under the laws of Bosnia and Herzegovina with a principal place of business at (“DSO”), and [name of supplier], a company duly organized under the laws of with a principal place of business [in Bosnia and Herzegovina] at (“Supplier”). In this Agreement, DSO and Supplier are sometimes referred to individually as a "Party" and collectively as the "Parties."
