THIS Agreement (“Agreement” or “Contract”) is entered into by and between the State of New Mexico, General Services Department, State Purchasing Division, hereinafter referred to as the “Lead State” or a “Procuring Entity” and Lexmark International, Inc., hereinafter referred to as the “Contractor” and collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

This NASPO ValuePoint Master Agreement (“Master Agreement”) is between the State of Oregon, acting by and through the Department of Administrative Services, Enterprise Goods and Services, Procurement Services (“DAS PS”), as the Lead State, on behalf of the member states of the NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Program and other Participating Entities and _______________________ (“Contractor”). This Master Agreement is effective on the date that it has been signed by the parties and has been approved as required by applicable law (“Effective Date”).
