Harassment is any improper behaviour by an employee that is directed at and offensive to another employee, and which the employee knew, or ought reasonably to have known, would be unwelcome. It comprises objectionable conduct, remarks, gestures and displays made once or repeatedly that demean, belittle, humiliate or embarrass another employee.
