THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into by and between the City of Lincoln, Nebraska, a political subdivision and city of the primary class, hereinafter referred to as the "Local Bridge Owner," and the State of Nebraska, Department of Transportation, hereinafter referred to as the "State" regarding the National Bridge Inspection Standards responsibilities.
