This agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the date You, a consultant, (hereinafter a “Licensee”) obtains access or uses the National Compensation System or the Licensed Material. This Agreement is between the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association, 4301 Wilson Boulevard, Arlington, VA 22203 (“Licensor”) and Licensee. Licensees are limited to consultants engaged in a business relationship with such rural electric cooperatives that are Licensor’s voting members.
