The undersigned Contractor/Subcontractor confirms that it agrees to be a party to and be bound by the National Construction Agreement (NCA) for the Project as such Agreement may, from time to time, be amended by the North American Contractors Association and North America’s Building Trades Unions or interpreted pursuant to its terms. The terms of the NCA, its Appendices, Addenda, Amendments and Bulletins are hereby incorporated by reference herein.

This Addendum is adopted by the Sheet Metal Workers International Association (SMWIA) and Signatory Employers (Employer) in a mutual effort to enhance the work traditionally performed by Sheet Metal Workers on the lagging of boilers and pressure vessels. Further, the signatory Employers have united with the SMWIA to re-capture market share and to promote growth in the best interest of the unionized sheet metal industry.
