Canva is a signatory of the National Data Privacy Agreement (“NDPA”). The NDPA is a model privacy agreement drafted by the Student Data Privacy Consortium, a collaboration of schools, districts, local authorities, states, US and international ministries of education, software vendors and consultants. Additionally, several states have signed onto the NDPA and included additional state-specific terms and conditions.
