NATIONAL DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT AGREEMENT made as of the 3rd day of September, 2004 by and between Castle Brands (USA) Corp., a Delaware corporation and wholly owned subsidiary of Castle Brands Inc., which has its principal place of business at 570 Lexington Avenue, 29th Floor, New York, NY 10022 USA ("Importer") and Gosling's Export (Bermuda) Limited, which has its principal place of business at 17 Dundonald Street, Hamilton, HM 10 Bermuda ("Supplier").
