This Agreement is made in Theni, Tamilnadu state, India, on the 12th November 2013 between Mr. V.G.Ramnath & Mr K.Bhaskaran for and on behalf of Monarch Industrial Products (I) Pvt. Ltd., a company having its registered Company in Theni (hereinafter referred to as “Monarch”) of the one part and Mr Kapoor of M/s Sharmi on behalf of M/s SHARMI, 20, New Shastri Nagar, New Delhi City-144 002 (TIN No 0395215921) with Passport no. A212366 a company having registered offices at New Delhi City (hereinafter referred to as “the Dealer”) of the other part.
