This Agreement is entered into between USA Gymnastics (“USA Gymnastics”), a Texas not-for-profit corporation designated by the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee (the “USOPC”) as the national governing body for the sport of gymnastics in the United States, and (referred to as “I,” “me,” or “you” throughout), an athlete member of USA Gymnastics who has been selected to the USA Gymnastics National Team (the “Team”).
