Orange Ave., Orlando, Florida 32801 and NCAC Business Trust, a Florida declaration of trust (hereinafter referred to as “the Applicant” and “the Property Owner”), whose principal address is 2116 Monte Carlo Trail, Orlando, Florida 32805 (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the parties”).
