Applicant agrees that they will treat any and all Information obtained from ACNA and/or ACC or any of it’s franchisees, which is received through the mail, electronically, in person, or at an ActionCOACH training session, as strictly Confidential, and will treat such information as privileged and will not make use of, or allow any disclosure of the Confidential Information to any person, business, or third party without express written permission from ACNA.
