The Agreement applies only to the specific generating facilities identified below along with adjacent properties under the same control through fee title or by a controlling lease. Customer shall not commence interconnected operation until written approval has been given by City. See Section 4.2 of Attachment A, PROVISIONS. Accordingly, the Parties agree as follows.
