This agreement is entered into between the Bureau of Consumer Protection (“Bureau”) of the Federal Trade Commission (“FTC”) and the (“Applicant”), in conjunction with all other domestic and foreign agencies and other entities similarly agreeing. The purpose of this agreement is to facilitate the confidential exchange of consumer complaint information, including information about consumer fraud and deception perpetrated through the Internet, direct mail, telemarketing, or other media, under the conditions set forth below.
