THIS NETWORK PROVIDER SUBCONTRACT (“Subcontract”) is entered into as of this 1st day of July, 2013, between ChildNet, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation (hereinafter “ChildNet”), and __________________________ a non-profit corporation, (hereinafter “Network Provider”).
