THIS NONDISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (“AGREEMENT”) is made and entered into by and among the Parties identified who have executed this Agreement (“PARTIES”) for the purpose of maintaining the confidentiality of any commercial, proprietary, financial or confidential information or trade secrets shared among themselves for the purpose of assessing and making recommendations to the Alliance for Telecommunications Industry Solutions’ Network Reliability Steering Committee (“NRSC”). The NRSC shall maintain a list of all Parties that have executed this Agreement on the NRSC website at https://www.atis.org/committees-forums/nrsc/mission/.
