This RENEWABLE ENERGY CERTIFICATE PURCHASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is dated as of ______________________ and is by and between Liberty Utilities (GRANITE STATE Electric) Corp. (“Liberty Utilities” or “Buyer”), a New Hampshire corporation and ____________________________a _____________ corporation (“Seller”). This Agreement provides for the sale by Seller of NEPOOL GIS Certificates, as defined herein, to Buyer. The Buyer and Seller are referred to herein individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”.
