This TIA PHASING AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of June, 2024 (the “Effective Date”) by and between the City of Manor, Texas, a Texas home rule municipal corporation (the "City"), and Gregg Lane Dev., LLC, a Texas limited liability company (the "Developer"). The City and the Developer are sometimes hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Parties”.
