The City of Mount Clemens and the Mount Clemens Library wish to collaborate for a quarterly newsletter. The newsletter would be in a new format from the old version. The new format will allow outside resources to purchase space and advertise their business or function. The city and library will receive 40 percent of the advertising revenue in the form of a direct reduction for the cost of creating, printing, and distributing the newsletter. The reduction for the city and the library will be based on how many pages each entity purchases. This will help businesses advertise their goods and services while supporting the city and the library. The content for the library and the city will be separate and the advertising will be contained at the end of the newsletter. The newsletter will be of magazine quality printed in high gloss color text. There will also be a digital version available.

Consecutive renewals without time lapses between agreements are not considered “NEW” activations and will not be charged a new setup fee.
