THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this day of , 2019 by and between ILLINOIS POWER GENERATING COMPANY, a Corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of Illinois, who may be referred to hereinafter as the Company, (see Side Letter #1 with respect to Ameren Services) and LOCAL UNION NO. 702 of the INTERNATIONAL BROTHERHOOD OF ELECTRICAL WORKERS, who may be referred to hereinafter as the Local Union.
