This Annex is in addition to the Sprint Standard Terms and Conditions for Communications Services (the “Agreement”) and sets for the terms and conditions for usage by the Customer and its authorized users of the Nextel National Network (the “Annex”). All capitalized terms not defined in the Annex shall have the definitions set forth in the Agreement. In the event of any inconsistencies between the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement and the terms and conditions contained in the Annex, the terms and conditions contained in the Annex shall control. Sprint owns and/or operates systems to provide wireless telecommunications (the "Nextel National Network"), together with affiliated companies as a nationwide network, in certain geographic areas throughout the United States, and provides access to such Nextel National Network; and Customer is familiar with the service capabilities of the Nextel National Network and desires to purchase phones, accessories and other items (“Equipmen
