This Non-Fungible Token Publishing Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Biograph Technologies Inc. (“Biograph”, “we”, “us”, “our”, “Publisher”) and you (“you”, “your”, “Author”). This Agreement is effective as of the date you submit your request to mint or tokenize your biograph story or stories through our application (“Effective Date”).
