DATA SHARING AGREEMENT(where data is being processed) 1. Between: NHS England and THE PROVIDER 2. Definitions The definitions set out in the main body of the NHS Education Funding Agreement shall apply to this Data Sharing Agreement. 3. Purpose and objectives of the information sharing: NHS England is responsible for supporting the delivery of excellent healthcare and health improvement to the patients and public of England by ensuring that the workforce of today and tomorrow is available in the right numbers with the right skills, values and behaviours, at the right time and in the right place.
